Originally an insurance‑managed assignment, the works at 106 Warrigal Road, Camberwell involved taking over an incomplete build following the failure of a previous contractor. Significant defects, unresolved documentation, and safety issues necessitated a comprehensive rectification and completion program.
Over a 26‑month period, our team led the project through detailed defect assessment, redesign resolution, structural remediation, and final construction to practical completion. The project demonstrates our capability to successfully deliver high‑complexity residential rectification and completion works within a controlled $5.5M budget—on time, to specification, and with exemplary craftsmanship.
