This project involved the full refurbishment of an early‑20th‑century warehouse, transforming the ageing industrial structure into a modern, clean office environment. The works required extensive demolition, including the removal of existing internal elements and the partial demolition of deteriorated timber floors. The level‑one mezzanine was reconstructed with a new concrete structure to provide long‑term stability and improved load capacity.

A new lift and central stair were installed to enhance vertical circulation and meet contemporary accessibility standards. The building received a
complete services upgrade, including VRV mechanical systems, new electrical infrastructure, storm water improvements, and fully renewed security and
data networks. New bathrooms were constructed to suit the revised layout and compliance requirements.

The result is a revitalised commercial workspace that retains the character of the original warehouse while delivering modern performance, accessibility,
and amenity.
