This project involved the complete refit of an operating restaurant, delivered within a fast-tracked program to minimise downtime. Works included full floor restoration, custom joinery, upgraded lighting, and installation of a new commercial kitchen.

All trades were carefully coordinated to ensure seamless sequencing across flooring, electrical, joinery, and kitchen integration, while maintaining compliance with hospitality requirements.

The result is a modern, high-performing venue with improved functionality, refined finishes, and a kitchen designed for high-volume service.
